The Problem:

When we first began working with this company we realized that assessing the multitude of threats they face as a property management company in central Florida was no small task. This is likely the reason that they had never been able to fully plan and prepare for these events in the past. Their emergency plan lacked the organization and depth that would best benefit their clients and their firm.

We started by learning about their business and all of their properties. Because Brewer Realty's property management portfolio spans three counties it faces some unique challenges with regards to emergency services providers, flood plains, sink-hole areas, varying degrees of risk from industrial accidents as well as fires and other dangers.
